The attentive hostess provided a warm welcome, allowing us room choice and treating us with pastries and sparkling wine on New Year's Eve. The morning began with a thoughtful gesture of coffee and assistance in securing a taxi on a holiday morning, a rare convenience. Housekeeping maintained a clean and comfortable environment, while the absence of air conditioning could be a drawback in warmer months. However, the free Wi-Fi in rooms and free parking are welcomed perks. The 24-hour reception adds to the convenience, though the no pet policy may deter some guests. Napsugar Panzio's charm and personalized service make it an attractive option for those seeking a cozy and budget-friendly stay in Budapest.
